Scope of Services

Ūrjā Wellness provides health coaching, education, and lifestyle support. Coaching may include goal-setting, habit change strategies, nutrition and lifestyle education, and general wellness guidance.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent if permitted and explicitly agreed in writing).

 

Intake Forms and Honesty

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in intake forms and communications so we can tailor coaching appropriately.

 

Booking, Communication Channels, and Technology

​

We may provide services through:

• Calendly for scheduling

• Zoom / FaceTime for sessions

• Wix Chat / WhatsApp / email for reasonable coaching communications, as agreed

 

You acknowledge that communications using third-party apps can carry privacy risks. If you prefer, you can limit sensitive information and share it during live sessions instead.

Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

​

All prices are listed in [CAD] unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Wix Payments/integrated payment providers. Where applicable, taxes may be added at checkout.

 

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

 

A) Coaching sessions (1:1)

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations/no-shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged in full (or counted as used), except where prohibited by law.

B) Programs, packages, and digital products

• Due to the nature of digital content and reserved coaching time, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law.

• If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all payments unless we agree otherwise in writing.

​Client conduct

​

We aim to provide a respectful and safe environment.

 

We may refuse or terminate services if a client:

• Engages in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

• Uses services for illegal purposes

• Repeatedly violates boundaries or policies

 

In such cases, any refund will be at our discretion unless required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ūrjā Wellness from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the website/services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law
